Perfume é uma paixão e como toda paixão ele atrai pessoas para algo bem maior que propriamente o aroma. O perfume atrai a amizade. Uma amizade que nasce magicamente como o aroma encantador de um perfume borrifado na pele.
Mais do que afinidade por fragrâncias, há pessoas surpreendentemente cheirosas. O cheiro da alma delas é sentido tão perto , mesmo que estejam distantes, do outro lado do mundo. Este cheiro é precioso, criado como jóia com as notas mais raras, com os gestos mais genuínos, com o coração aberto, com o carinho mais incondicional, com as virtudes de um verdadeiro amigo. São pessoas muito raras, seus perfumes são um tipo de dádiva e eu sinto seus cheiros como uma benção.
Desde que decidi escrever sobre perfumes no meu blog, esta foi uma decisão pessoal movida pela minha paixão por aromas e fragrâncias e , também, o propósito de tocar corações com o poder dos perfumes, unindo pessoas que amam ou desejam conhecer aromas, celebrando a arte da perfumaria, de apreciar e amar perfumes. Nunca imaginei que eu pudesse conhecer pessoas tão cativantes, tão diversas e, ao mesmo tempo, tão parecidas comigo como uma conexão natural, além de perfumes. O que eu não esperava era receber tanto carinho, admiração e reconhecimento com gestos tão gentis e humildes de pessoas ao redor do mundo; atitudes que chegam a perpetuar-se em minha memória como a memória olfativa de perfumes inesquecíveis.
Um destes perfumes inesquecíveis em forma de ser humano tem notas olfativas similares aos meus acordes.Tem notas orientais como uma dança oriental, nuances relaxantes como uma dança-terapia. Temos a rosa em comum, não tão evidente mas presente. Eu tenho rosas como a de L´air du desert Marocain de Andy Tauer e a de Sa Majesté la Rose de Serge Lutens; ela tem rosas como a de Une Rose de Frédéric Malle e a de Rose Barbare de Guerlain. Também somos “Guerlaines”. Ela tem as notas frescas e florais de Eau de Shalimar e eu tenho as notas abaunilhadas e atalcadas do clássico Shalimar, mas concordamos que Jean-Claude Ellena e seu talento são incríveis e suas criações são transparentes, belamente cristalinas como nossas conversas.
Este perfume tem o cheiro da amizade, amizade que nasceu no meu blog. Ela está no exterior, exatamente na Suiça, mas está sempre aqui, celebrando nossa paixão por perfumes.
Aliki, obrigada por acompanhar meu blog, ser leitora fiel e nova amiga. Hoje eu me senti tão feliz como uma criança que recebe um delicioso doce.

Perfume is a passion and as any passion it attracts people, capturing something stronger than
its own scent. The perfume attracts the friendship. A friendship that is born like an enchanting aroma that is sprayed magically on the skin.
More than a liking for fragrances, there are people who are astonishingly fragrant. Their
pleasant soul smells are perceived so closer, even if they are far away, on the other side of world. These precious smells are created like a jewerly with remarkable notes, the most genuine gestures, an open-hearted feeling, an unconditional fondness, joining all distinguishing characteristics of a true friend. These people are rare. Their perfumes are a type of gift and I feel their fragrances like a blessing.
Since I decided to write about perfumes on my blog, this personal decision was moved by my passion for scents and fragrances, as well purposes of touching hearts with the power of perfumes, joining people who love or wish to know aromas, celebrating the art of perfumery and loving perfumes. I would never imagine that I could meet people so captivating, so diverse and similar in tastes as we had a natural connection, beyond perfumes. What was unexpected was to be blessed by continuous affectionate feelings of admiration and recognition, by humble and gentle actions from people all over the world. Kind attitudes that remain in my memory like those olfactory memory of unforgetabble perfumes.
One of these unforgettable perfumes in form of a special human being has olfactive notes similar to my personal accords. This friend is a woman. She has oriental notes like an oriental dance, relaxing fragrant facets like a dance-therapy. We have the rose in commom, not so evident but always here. I have rosy notes like those ones of L´air du desert Marocain (Andy Tauer) and Sa Majesté la Rose (Serge Lutens), she is rose-scented by Une Rose of Frédéric Malle and Rose Barbare of Guerlain. She has the burst of fresh floral accords of Eau de Shalimar, I have the subtle powdery vanilla base of Shalimar, both from Guerlain Perfume house, but we agree that Jean-Claude Ellena and his talent are amazing and his fragrance designs are transparent, beautifully crystalline like our conversations.
This perfume has the smell of friendship, a friendship that was born in my blog. This friend is overseas, exactly in Switzerland however her presence is always here, celebrating our passion for perfumes.
Aliki, thank you for following me here, being a loyal reader and new friend. Today I feel an incredible happiness, the same joy when a child gets a delicious candy.
